Who can take part
- You have confirmed salivary gland cancer that can be removed with curative surgery, such as mucoepidermoid, adenocarcinoma, adenoidcystic, or acinic cell
- You are between 18 and 79 years old when you enroll
- Your general health is good (ECOG 0 or 1) and you have at least one measurable tumor spot
- You have not previously received immune-blocking cancer drugs (anti–PD-1/PD-L1/PD-L2 or anti-CTLA-4) or similar immune checkpoint treatments
- Recent blood tests show your liver, kidneys, bone marrow, and blood counts are strong enough for treatment
- You can sign consent and you are able/willing to return for all scheduled visits and tests
