Who can take part

  • You’re between the allowed ages (≤30 for some parts, and <12 for part of Phase 1, based on study timing).
  • Your cancer has relapsed or is refractory, and the study needs measurable/evaluable disease (with specific rules for DIPG).
  • You must be well enough to do daily activities: Lansky/Karnofsky performance score must be at least 50.
  • Your organs and blood counts must be strong enough (blood counts, kidney, liver, electrolytes, and heart rhythm limits).
  • You must have recovered from prior treatments and waited the required time (often 2–6+ weeks, depending on treatment type).
  • If you are asked to provide tissue, archived tumor samples must be available (DIPG has different tissue rules).
