Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic solid cancer (including some brain/spinal tumors) with ALK, ROS1, or NTRK gene rearrangement found by the study’s approved test.
  • You can take pills by swallowing the capsules whole (no chewing, crushing, or opening).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (a measurable brain-only spot is allowed in some cases).
  • You are generally well enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1) and are at least age 18 for Phase 1 (or age 20 if required locally).
  • Your blood tests and organ function are within required safety ranges (for example, white blood cells, platelets, kidney function, and liver tests).
  • Your body has recovered from prior cancer treatment side effects (other than hair loss) to mild or none (grade 0–1).
