Who can take part

  • Your tumor must have a specific ROS1 or NTRK1-3 genetic change confirmed by lab testing (done in an accredited lab).
  • Your age must be under 12 years (Phase 1) or 12 to 25 years (Phase 2).
  • You must have measurable cancer seen on scans (or, for brain tumors, measurable disease by the study’s brain-tumor rules).
  • Any side effects from past cancer treatments (except hair loss) must be mostly gone or mild (Grade 1 or less).
  • If you have a brain tumor or brain spread, your nervous system must be stable and steroid dose must be stable or decreasing for at least 7 days.
  • Your body must be healthy enough for treatment: blood counts and organ function must meet lab limits.
