Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older and have AML or high-risk MDS with an FLT3 mutation
  • Your disease risk level is intermediate-2 or high-risk (for the specific trial group)
  • You can take the study pills by mouth (you’re able to swallow)
  • Your heart, liver, and kidney labs are within limits, unless the doctor says they’re caused by your leukemia
  • You’re not in the trial if you have certain major infections, uncontrolled serious heart failure, or leukemia in the brain/spinal fluid
