Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and able to understand and sign consent
  • You must have a chronic myeloproliferative neoplasm in the chronic phase, such as treated/relapsed high-risk essential thrombocythemia (ET), or low–intermediate 1 risk primary myelofibrosis (PMF), including ET-related MF
  • Your lab results must confirm a CALR exon 9 mutation
  • Blood counts and organ labs must be within required ranges (including minimum white blood cells and platelets, and limits on kidney, liver, and bilirubin tests)
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use two effective birth-control methods at the same time (or stay abstinent), and you must keep doing pregnancy tests during the study
  • If you take hydroxyurea for symptom control, your dose must be stable for at least 8 weeks before starting
