Study of INCA035784 for certain blood cancers

Myeloproliferative Neoplasms

This trial tests a new drug, INCA035784, for people with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), a group of blood cancers. It may help if your MPN is called myelofibrosis (MF) or essential thrombocythemia (ET) and has a specific genetic change (CALR mutation), and you've already tried other treatments.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of myelofibrosis (MF) or essential thrombocythemia (ET) with a specific genetic change (CALR mutation).
  • For MF: Your disease is at a certain stage (intermediate-2 or high-risk) and you've tried a JAK inhibitor drug but it didn't work well enough.
  • For ET: Your platelet count is high (over 450) and you've tried at least two previous treatments, or only one if that's the standard in your country.
  • You haven't had a stem cell transplant and won't have one for 6 months.
  • Your blood counts and organ function must be within certain ranges (check with your doctor).
