Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of myelofibrosis (MF) or essential thrombocythemia (ET) with a specific genetic change (CALR mutation).
- For MF: Your disease is at a certain stage (intermediate-2 or high-risk) and you've tried a JAK inhibitor drug but it didn't work well enough.
- For ET: Your platelet count is high (over 450) and you've tried at least two previous treatments, or only one if that's the standard in your country.
- You haven't had a stem cell transplant and won't have one for 6 months.
- Your blood counts and organ function must be within certain ranges (check with your doctor).
