- You are between 12 and 19 years old
- You are being seen for dental care at a specialist orthodontic clinic or a general dentistry clinic
- You have a bite issue (malocclusion) rated as IOTN grade 4 or 5, or you do not have malocclusion (IOTN grade 1, 2, or 3)
- You have not had orthodontic treatment before
- You do not have a cleft lip or cleft palate
- You can understand and complete the questionnaires
