Who can take part

  • You have confirmed cholangiocarcinoma based on lab tests of tissue or cells
  • Your cancer has progressed after at least one previous type of anti-cancer medicine
  • Your tumor must be tested for FGF/FGFR gene changes
  • You have measurable tumors on scans (doctors can track size or spread)
  • Your general condition is good enough—ECOG performance status of 0 to 2
  • You are expected to live at least 12 weeks
