Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and willing to sign the study consent form
- Your bile duct cancer must be advanced and cannot be removed by surgery, or it has spread
- Your tumor must have an FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement or mutation
- You should have had at least one prior cancer treatment for advanced disease (or none only if you are in the specific no-prior-therapy group)
- Your cancer scans must show at least one measurable tumor spot, and you can do normal daily activities (ECOG 0–1)
- You should be able to take the study pills and expect at least 12 weeks of life
