Study drug for FGFR2-mutated bile duct cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and willing to sign the study consent form
  • Your bile duct cancer must be advanced and cannot be removed by surgery, or it has spread
  • Your tumor must have an FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement or mutation
  • You should have had at least one prior cancer treatment for advanced disease (or none only if you are in the specific no-prior-therapy group)
  • Your cancer scans must show at least one measurable tumor spot, and you can do normal daily activities (ECOG 0–1)
  • You should be able to take the study pills and expect at least 12 weeks of life
