Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 79 years old.
- CT scans show 2 to 5 lung nodules in at least two different lung lobes, with each target nodule in a certain size range.
- At least one target nodule is confirmed to be lung cancer on biopsy, and the other targeted nodules stay stable after anti-inflammatory treatment for at least 3 months.
- Your cancer has not spread to lymph nodes, other lungs, or distant organs (N0, M0).
- You’re well enough to tolerate treatment (ECOG 0–2) and you have lab results that meet safety thresholds for blood, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting.
- You can sign consent and reliably return for follow-up visits.
