Stent graft for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm

Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysms

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests a specialized multi-branch stent graft to treat a large or growing aneurysm in the aorta near the chest and abdomen. It mainly looks at safety and whether the stent keeps blood flowing to important arteries.

Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm that’s large or growing (for example, >50 mm or grows fast)
  • Your blood vessel sizes and lengths match what the stent needs to “anchor” in place
  • You can have the procedure using blood-vessel access through the groin/leg/arm as needed
  • You understand the trial and agree to sign consent and follow the study schedule
  • You do not have key conditions that make stent placement unsafe (like certain infections, blockages, or recent major heart/stroke events)

NCT06710938Recruiting
Stent graft for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm

This trial tests a new stent graft system for treating a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm, a bulging of the main blood vessel in your chest and belly. It may be an option if your aneurysm is large, growing, or causing pain and you are healthy enough for the procedure.

NCT06478576Recruiting
Study of a new stent graft for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm

This trial tests a new multibranched stent graft system to treat thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms. It may help patients who have an aneurysm that is large, growing quickly, or causing symptoms like pain.

NCT05803564Recruiting
Stent placement study for a torn, bulging main artery

This trial tests a specialized stent (a small mesh tube) placed inside the chest and belly aorta to treat a thoracoabdominal aortic dissecting aneurysm. It may help prevent the artery from getting bigger or causing dangerous bleeding by supporting the weakened area from inside.

NCT02323581Recruiting
Stent procedure for large aortic aneurysms with custom grafts

This trial studies a less invasive “through-the-blood-vessel” stent graft procedure for large aneurysms in the main aorta or the aortic arch. It may help reduce the risk of aneurysm rupture while avoiding open surgery for people at higher surgical risk.

NCT03111459Recruiting
Endovascular repair for large thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms

This trial studies a minimally invasive (endovascular) procedure to repair large or risky aneurysms in the aorta near the chest and abdomen. It may help prevent aneurysm rupture and improve outcomes compared with other possible treatments.

NCT00483249Recruiting
Stent treatment for large abdominal aortic aneurysms

This trial studies a less invasive stent procedure that blocks blood flow into certain large aneurysms in the chest-to-abdomen or upper abdomen area. It may help prevent aneurysm growth and rupture while avoiding the risks of open surgery.
