Study of a new stent graft for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm

Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests a new multibranched stent graft system to treat thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms. It may help patients who have an aneurysm that is large, growing quickly, or causing symptoms like pain.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm that is at least 50 mm wide, growing more than 5 mm in 6 months, or causing symptoms.
  • Your blood vessels meet specific size and length requirements for the stent graft to fit properly.
  • You can have the procedure done through an artery in your groin or arm.
  • You do not have certain other conditions like a ruptured aneurysm, infection, or recent heart attack or stroke.

NCT05339061Recruiting
Modified stent graft for complex abdominal aortic aneurysms

This study tests a specially customized endovascular (through blood vessels) repair for certain large or fast-growing aneurysms near the kidney area or chest-to-abdomen area. It may help people who are higher risk for open surgery and whose anatomy fits the device.

NCT00483249Recruiting
Stent treatment for large abdominal aortic aneurysms

This trial studies a less invasive stent procedure that blocks blood flow into certain large aneurysms in the chest-to-abdomen or upper abdomen area. It may help prevent aneurysm growth and rupture while avoiding the risks of open surgery.

NCT05054985Recruiting
Stent graft for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm

This trial tests a specialized multi-branch stent graft to treat a large or growing aneurysm in the aorta near the chest and abdomen. It mainly looks at safety and whether the stent keeps blood flowing to important arteries.

NCT05803564Recruiting
Stent placement study for a torn, bulging main artery

This trial tests a specialized stent (a small mesh tube) placed inside the chest and belly aorta to treat a thoracoabdominal aortic dissecting aneurysm. It may help prevent the artery from getting bigger or causing dangerous bleeding by supporting the weakened area from inside.

NCT06385379Recruiting
Aortic arch repair with new stent system

This trial tests a new stent graft system (like a fabric tube on a metal cage) that is placed inside the aorta through a blood vessel in your leg. It is designed to fix problems in the aortic arch without open heart surgery, for people who are at high risk for surgery. The goal is to see how safe and effective it is over time.

Beijing
NCT06710938Recruiting
Stent graft for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm

This trial tests a new stent graft system for treating a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm, a bulging of the main blood vessel in your chest and belly. It may be an option if your aneurysm is large, growing, or causing pain and you are healthy enough for the procedure.
