Study immune-web changes in ER+ breast cancer on tamoxifen

Who can take part

  • You are female and between 18 and 45, or between 46 and 50 if you have not had a period for 12 months
  • Or you are 51 or older (menopause is defined as no periods for 12 months)
  • You have ER-positive breast cancer (ER+ means the tumor grows using estrogen signals)
  • You are taking tamoxifen for at least 6 months (or 0–6 months if you are in the control group)
  • You are not pregnant
  • You do not have certain immune/inflammation conditions or ongoing infections that affect immune function
