Who can take part
- You must be age 18 or older and able to sign consent.
- Your colorectal cancer must have spread to the liver, with at least one measurable tumor site on scans (CT or MRI).
- You must have tried at least two prior chemotherapy regimens for liver-metastasis colorectal cancer that included fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan.
- Your overall health must be good enough (ECOG performance status 2 or less) and you should have at least 12 weeks expected survival.
- Your organ blood tests must be within limits (blood counts, liver enzymes, and kidney function).
- You must not have had cryoablation or regorafenib before, and you must not have had certain recent procedures or treatments (like surgery, radiation, or radiofrequency ablation) within the last 4 weeks.
