Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and assigned female at birth
- You have regular 21–35 day menstrual cycles for the past 6 months
- You can avoid sex or use non-hormonal birth control during the whole study
- You must pass a urine drug screen (marijuana or a prescribed sleep-dose benzodiazepine may be allowed)
- You must follow pre-MRI rules (no caffeine and no cannabis for 2 hours before each scan)
- You must be safe for MRI (for example, no unsafe metal in your body; weight under 300 pounds)
