Who can take part
- You have antibodies against AChR or MuSK proteins
- Your MG is class II to IV
- Your MG-ADL score is at least 6 and QMG score at least 11
- You have tried 2 or more immune-suppressing treatments or need regular IVIG/plasmapheresis
- You are on stable doses of your current MG medicines for at least 1 month (or 2 months for azathioprine)
- You have not used rituximab or similar drugs in the past 12 weeks
