Who can take part

  • You’re between 19 and 79 years old.
  • You agree to join by signing an informed consent form.
  • You have confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) and at least one solid liver lesion larger than 1 cm—typically seen on MRI or contrast CT; if scans are unclear, a biopsy may be needed.
  • Your liver function is Child-Pugh A or B (not C), and your cancer is not spread outside the liver or into major blood vessels.
  • You can receive follow-up for at least 6 months, and your general condition is ECOG 0–1 (not greater than 1).
  • You have no key exclusions like severe kidney disease, uncontrolled bleeding, uncontrolled fluid in the belly, or major MRI/CT/angiogram and contrast-medication problems.
