Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can give written consent before any study tests or procedures
- Your cancer is a locally advanced or metastatic solid tumor confirmed by a pathology test (biopsy or scan of cells)
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be followed on CT or MRI
- Your overall strength is good (ECOG 0 to 1) and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks
- Your organs (like blood counts, liver, and kidneys) are strong enough for treatment
- If you can become pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test and use very effective birth control; you must not be breastfeeding
