Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have one of these cancers: melanoma, pleural mesothelioma, kidney cancer, MSI-high colorectal cancer, liver cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (without certain gene changes), or another type where the combination of ipilimumab and nivolumab is FDA-approved.
  • You are able to do daily activities without much help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts (ANC, hemoglobin, platelets) are at certain levels, and your kidney and liver function tests are within acceptable ranges.
  • You have not had active brain metastases in the last 4 weeks, and you are not on steroids for brain metastases.
  • You have not had severe side effects from prior immunotherapy, and you are not taking strong medications that affect a liver enzyme called CYP3A4.
