Who can take part
- You have CLL that doctors say needs treatment
- Your general functioning score (ECOG) is 2 or less
- Your blood counts, liver, and bone marrow function are adequate based on recent lab tests
- You are expected to live more than 6 months
- You are able to follow study contraception rules if you can become pregnant or have a pregnancy risk
- You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can avoid certain vaccines during the study

The drug is designed to work in a way that might help your immune system fight the remaining cancer cells.
