This study tests a new antibody drug called mosunetuzumab in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have already tried other treatments and still have detectable leukemia cells in their bone marrow. Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Received at least 2 prior treatments for CLL, including current BTK inhibitor therapy (a type of targeted drug)
- CLL showing high-risk features, such as returning after certain treatments, gene mutations, or unmutated IGHV status
- On continuous BTK inhibitor for at least 12 months with detectable bone marrow MRD (minimal residual disease—a small amount of cancer cells)
- Good overall health and organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys)
- No current active infection, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or history of certain autoimmune diseases
