Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
- You must have already received one standard treatment (first-line therapy) for your cancer.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old, and you are physically active enough to be up and about most of the day (ECOG score 0–1).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your overall health is expected to allow you to live at least 3 more months.
- You cannot have certain gene types (wild-type RAS and BRAF with left-sided tumor) if you have not already been treated with cetuximab first, and you cannot have a high level of a marker called MSI-H or dMMR in your tumor.
- You must have normal or near-normal blood counts, kidney function, and liver function, and no uncontrolled heart disease or other serious health issues.
