  • You are a U.S. Veteran
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have pain, fatigue, low energy, or reduced ability to do daily activities
  • You can complete the PAR-Q safety check, or your doctor can give written medical clearance
  • You can travel to the study training center (Jesse Brown VA Medical Center area)
  • You can give consent, understand the study, and follow the exercise training plan
