Who can take part
- You are a man age 18 or older
- You have a confirmed inherited (germline) “DNA repair” gene mutation (BRCA1, BRCA2, MSH2, MSH6, MLH1, PMS2, CHEK2, PALB2, or ATM)
- You have prostate cancer and it’s time for staging imaging (new diagnosis, certain PSA changes after treatment, or active surveillance with fast PSA rise)
- You do not have prostate cancer that has spread (metastatic disease)
- You have not had cancer treatments in the last 6 months, and you are not taking investigational (study) drugs
- You can safely have an MRI (no certain implants/metal clips, and you’re not too claustrophobic)
