- You have been treated for cervix (cervical) cancer with chemotherapy and radiation, including brachytherapy (where radiation is delivered close to the cervix).
- Your treatment was through a clinical trial or involved postoperative/definitive (planned) radiotherapy.
- Your hospital has MRI and/or CT images from the time of diagnosis and from brachytherapy (if you had it).
- Your records include disease and toxicity outcomes (what happened to the cancer and what side effects you had).
- Your records are available in the hospital database (not missing from the system).
