Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of thymoma or thymic carcinoma from a biopsy or surgery sample
- Your cancer has worsened after at least one prior platinum chemotherapy treatment, and it cannot be removed by surgery
- Your disease can be measured on scans (there must be at least one measurable spot)
- You are 18 or older, and your energy/activities are limited to ECOG 0–1 (you are not severely limited)
- Your blood counts and organs (kidneys, liver, and bone marrow) are strong enough for treatment
- You can sign informed consent and understand the study
