This study tests whether regular exercise in the water can improve how quickly and safely you recover your balance. You may do training and balance checks if you can safely stand and walk and feel comfortable in water.

Who can take part
- You can stand with both feet (double-leg stance) for 1 minute
- You can walk on your own without help
- Your vision and hearing are normal or can be made normal with glasses or hearing aids
- You do not have neurological or muscle/joint problems that would stop you from safely doing the exercises and tests
- You have not had a concussion in the past year
- You do not have memory, attention, or concentration problems that would affect testing
- Your PAR-Q screening does not show any “yes” answers
- You do not have a fear of water
