Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma (GBM), either primary or from spread
- You have received dexamethasone (DEX) at some point
- Your doctor says you can do activities and your function score is above 70
- You can speak and read English well enough to take part
- Your doctor approves you for the study and you are willing to travel to Halifax
- You should not have heart or lung problems (or other issues) that make exercise unsafe
