Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old.
  • You have depression or an anxiety condition diagnosed by a structured interview.
  • Your symptom questionnaire shows at least mild symptoms in depression or anxiety.
  • Your household income is below the poverty threshold, confirmed by a social worker.
  • You can speak Spanish and provide informed consent.
  • You do not currently have psychosis, mania, or active suicidal thoughts with a plan/intent.
