Who can take part

  • You have clear cell kidney cancer that has not spread outside the kidney and can be fully removed with surgery
  • You are 18 or older and strong enough to do daily activities (performance status 0 or 1)
  • If you will receive the vaccine, you must be HLA-A2 positive (a blood test for matching immune system markers)
  • You must be able to understand the study and sign consent
  • Your blood counts and organ function must meet specific lab thresholds close to the start of treatment
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after your last dose
