Who can take part

  • You meet “high risk for psychosis” criteria based on a structured interview with a study clinician
  • You have noticeable problems on thinking-speed tests (specific scores on Animal Naming, Trails A/B, or symbol-coding tasks)
  • You do not have a diagnosis on the schizophrenia spectrum (no schizophrenia-spectrum diagnosis)
  • You can speak and understand English
  • You do not have major brain/CNS conditions (like a seizure disorder) or a history of serious head injury
  • You do not have major hearing/vision problems, major substance abuse problems, or an estimated IQ under 70
