  • Age 18 to 35 years old.
  • Diagnosed with a psychosis-related illness (like schizophrenia or bipolar with psychosis) within the last 5 years.
  • Able to speak and read English well.
  • No major health issues (like heart, kidney, or liver problems) that would make study participation unsafe.
  • Not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
  • No recent changes in psychiatric medication (stable dose for at least 1 week before study visits).
