Who can take part
- Be older than 18 years
- Have chest pain that fits typical or atypical chest pain symptoms
- Have had heart artery blood-flow tests that are negative for blocked arteries (no evidence of obstructive disease)
- Do not have a known history of Prinzmetal angina or coronary artery spasm
- Do not have a prior heart attack or more-than-non-obstructive coronary artery disease
- Do not have an ejection fraction below 40%, known pericarditis, or known costochondritis
