Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor that is metastatic or cannot be removed by surgery, and it has progressed despite standard treatment (or standard treatment isn’t an option).
- Doctors can safely take a tumor sample (biopsy or surgery) to grow the immune cells, and if that area was previously radiated, it must have grown again before sampling.
- You’re 18 or older, willing to sign consent, and able to follow the study visits and treatment plan.
- Your general health and organ tests must be strong enough (including certain heart, lung, blood, liver, and kidney thresholds).
- You must not have HIV, active hepatitis B, or active hepatitis C based on blood tests.
- You must use highly effective birth control during treatment and for months afterward (and follow pregnancy testing rules if applicable).
