Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old and able to give written consent.
- Your cancer must be a “solid tumor” (like lung cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, or stomach/esophagus area) that is locally advanced or has spread, and standard treatments don’t work or aren’t possible.
- You need at least one measurable tumor spot on a recent scan, and you must have a tumor biopsy sample available.
- Your general health should be fairly good (performance status 0 or 1), and you should be expected to live at least 3 months.
- You must have enough organ function for the study drugs, and if you can become pregnant—or partner with someone who can—you must use effective birth control during the study and for 120 days after the last dose.
