Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 75 years old, and can sign consent and follow study visits
- Your cancer is nasopharyngeal cancer confirmed by biopsy or a sample, and it has metastasized (stage IVB)
- Scans show “oligometastatic” disease: no more than 5 metastatic spots and no more than 2 organs involved
- You have not had any prior treatment for metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer
- You can’t (or don’t want to) take chemotherapy, as judged by the study doctor
- You must have enough blood counts and organ function on recent blood/urine tests, and be well enough overall (ECOG 0–1)
