Who can take part

  • You are between 13 and 19 years old.
  • You have had pain for at least 3 months.
  • You have seen a doctor about your pain.
  • You are not taking pain medication, or you have been on the same dose for at least 2 months with no planned changes.
  • You have not had ACT or CBT therapy in the past 6 months.
  • You can read and write Swedish well.
  • You have a smartphone or computer with internet and a Swedish e-ID (like BankID).
  • Your parent or guardian is willing to join a parent support program online.
