Who can take part

  • You are at least 19 years old
  • You had diabetes before your pancreas surgery
  • You had a partial or total pancreatectomy (pancreas removal)
  • Your diabetes was diagnosed on the 7th day after surgery based on hormone/endocrine testing
  • You have not used a continuous glucose monitoring device more than once before
  • You can use a smartphone app (or are comfortable with it)
