Who can take part

  • You can give written consent and you are willing to join the program
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have a DSM-5 diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar I disorder
  • Your symptoms are currently clinically stable, not in a crisis
  • You do not have health problems that make yoga or exercise unsafe for you
  • You do not have dementia, stroke/head injury issues, or another condition that would interfere with thinking and assessments
