  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
  • You have been stable and out of the hospital for at least 30 days.
  • You can understand and follow group instructions and give your own consent.
  • You are willing and able to safely do light to moderate yoga.
