Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have at least one aneurysm in the middle brain artery area (in a brain space called the intradural/intracranial area)
- If your aneurysm caused bleeding in the brain (SAH), your severity grade is 4 or lower
- Your care team believes you could be treated either with surgery or with a catheter procedure
- You (or your caregiver) can give informed consent
