Who can take part

  • You have an unruptured, wide-necked aneurysm at the fork of the middle cerebral artery (confirmed by a scan like CTA or DSA).
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You do not have serious organ problems (like severe heart, liver, or kidney disease), active cancer, or chronic inflammatory disease.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have a major neurological disability (like being unable to walk or care for yourself).
