Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and sign an informed consent form before any study steps
- Have already tried at least 2 standard treatments, and the last one did not work
- Your tumor must test “mesothelin-positive” on the cancer cell surface in lab testing (over 25% of tumor cells)
- Have scans showing at least one measurable tumor spot that can be followed, and expect to live at least 12 weeks
- Have enough blood counts and organ function based on lab tests (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, liver and kidney tests)
- Have heart ultrasound showing adequate pumping (ejection fraction ≥ 50%) and enough oxygen levels; also meet basic clotting test ranges
