CAR-T cell therapy for mesothelin-positive solid cancers

Mesothelin-positive Advanced Malignant Solid Tumors

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This Phase 1 trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (anti-mesothelin CAR-T) for adults with solid tumors that have come back or did not respond to standard treatment. It targets cancers that are mesothelin-positive in tumor testing and aims to see if the treatment is safe and can work.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a solid tumor that has failed standard treatment or has relapsed.
  • Your tumor has at least one measurable spot on scans (measurable lesion).
  • Your tumor tissue tests positive for mesothelin using a lab test called IHC/ICC.
  • Your general health is good enough (ECOG score 0 or 1) and you’re expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Your blood, liver, kidney, heart, and breathing tests meet the trial’s thresholds.

NCT07010523Recruiting
CAR-T cell therapy for MSLN positive advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a therapy using your own immune cells (T cells) modified to target mesothelin (MSLN), a protein found on some cancer cells. It may help people with certain advanced solid tumors that have not responded to or can't tolerate standard treatments.

NCT05779917Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR-T cells for cancers that have specific target proteins

This Phase 1 trial tests a customized immune therapy (CAR-T cells) for advanced cancers that have the proteins mesothelin, GPC3, and/or GUCY2C. It may help your body better recognize and kill cancer cells, but early-phase trials mainly focus on safety and learning how well the treatment works.

NCT06051695Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
CAR T cell therapy for mesothelin-positive solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR T-cells) designed to target cancer cells that have a protein called mesothelin but have lost a marker that lets them hide from the immune system. It's for people with advanced solid tumors who have already tried standard treatments.

Gilbert, Arizona
NCT06885697Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR T cells targeting mesothelin for solid tumors

This study tests a new treatment called CAR T cells that target a protein called mesothelin found on certain cancer cells. The CAR T cells are made from your own immune cells and may help shrink tumors that have not responded to other therapies.

Bethesda, Maryland
NCT05693844Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
MSLN CAR T cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests a lab-made immune cell therapy (CAR T cells) that targets a protein called mesothelin (MSLN) in advanced or metastatic solid cancers. It may help your body better recognize and attack tumor cells, especially if standard first treatments did not work or are not available.

NCT06248697Recruiting· Early Phase 1
CAR-T cells targeting MSLN with PD-1/CTLA-4 blockers for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T cells) that target a protein called MSLN on cancer cells, and also release a special antibody to block two other proteins (PD-1 and CTLA-4) that cancers use to hide from the immune system. It is for people with advanced solid tumors like non-small-cell lung cancer or mesothelioma who have not responded to standard treatments.
