Who can take part
- You are male and age 18 or older
- You have prostate adenocarcinoma (not small-cell prostate cancer)
- Your cancer has spread to places outside the pelvis, and is growing despite hormone therapy
- You have tried at least one newer hormone treatment (like abiraterone or enzalutamide) and the cancer still progressed
- Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–2) and testosterone is in the “castrate” range
- Your blood counts and organ tests are high enough (examples: neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, and liver/kidney levels)
