Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- Your prostate cancer is the type that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy.
- You have already tried at least one newer hormone therapy, such as abiraterone or enzalutamide.
- A PSMA PET scan shows your cancer has PSMA-positive spots.
- You have not been treated with cabozantinib or PSMA-targeted radiation before.
- You are generally in good health, able to care for yourself, and have adequate kidney, liver, and blood function.
