Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 39
- You have a history of repeated implantation failure or unexplained recurrent spontaneous miscarriage
- Your prior work-up was negative, including ultrasound and hysteroscopy, parental chromosome tests, thyroid testing, and certain blood antibody tests
- Your hormone numbers fit the study: basic FSH is under 10 IU/L and AMH is above 1.5 ng/mL
- You have regular periods (about every 30 days, plus or minus 5 days) and you are starting a new IVF cycle (with or without ICSI)
- You can and will sign informed consent
