Who can take part
- You have confirmed esophagus-stomach junction adenocarcinoma that is locally advanced and has not spread to distant organs (M0).
- No prior anti-cancer treatment (no chemo, radiation, hormone therapy, surgery, or targeted therapy yet).
- You’re generally well enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1).
- Your blood and organ tests must meet minimum levels (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, albumin, liver/kidney function).
- You must have no known HER2-positive cancer, and you must not have certain immune conditions (active autoimmune disease or past autoimmunity).
