Continue encorafenib and binimetinib after prior trial benefit

Who can take part

  • You are currently taking encorafenib plus binimetinib from a previous study and your doctor thinks it’s helping you.
  • Your side effects have not reached severe levels: no related Grade 3 or higher side effects.
  • If you had side effects that were Grade 2, they must not be considered “intolerable” or related to the study medicine.
  • You must agree to the trial’s pregnancy prevention rules (for you and/or your partner) as outlined in the continuation study.
  • There must be no medical or safety reason your doctor or the study team believes would prevent you from joining.
